I felt very disrespected. I had been trying since Febuary19th to get my son's belongings that were confiscated in August 2019.. I kept calling the department. The evidence technician He returned one call, To tell me nothing really. No one really told me what to do to get his stuff. Drove an hour ahalf. To be told i had To be his power of Atty. To get his things?

I was pulled over by 2 officers one was nice and gave me a citation and told me I could go, so I started pulling of slow the other officer (mike thelen) ran up and punched the side of my truck hard sounded like something ran into me and was screaming and told me he could wright me another ticket that I needed to wait until they got to there vehicle to pull off it was completely uncalled for and had me scared I didn’t know what he was gonna do. But his whole attitude was awful, he has a chip on his shoulder and thinks he’s above you because he wears a badge.

Apple Valley Pinkertons do a good job of picking up lost dogs & charging a minor fortune to their owners to get them back & also, terriffic on misrepresenting one's conversations with them to justify padding their Pinkerton already too high wages in order to give out traffic tickets to their victims if yellow light doesn't measure up to their victims standards of efficiency ⚡

To: Officer Colin Police Vehicle: 963 Thank you! Today in America, we are quick to point out the bad a few cops may do but rarely report the good most of them do with the same haste. Today I wish to report the kindness of Office Colin, driving vehicle 963. Thank you offer for your service and thank you most of all for taking the time to help an egg-head cheapskate, who ran out of gas trying to get points on a fuel card. In my infinite wisdom to use a gas card for points, I ignored the ‘Fuel Warning’ in my SUV, passing two service stations just to get these points at another brand service station. Well, I shouldn’t have been surprised when my vehicle stopped, and I had to pull over. Officer Colin luckily was in the area, saw me and came to see what he could do to help me, and he did. It was 02/09/19, 6:30pm and 5°F outside with the inside of my SUV quickly beginning to feel like the outside. Officer Colin asked what was going on and if he could help, then made me aware that he had a gas can in his vehicle I could use if someone was coming to get me…and to my surprise there was just enough fuel remaining in his gas can, to get me to the service station only a mile away. As if he hadn’t done enough Officer Colin followed me to the service station just in case it wasn’t enough fuel to get me there. Thank you so much Sir. Your Captain and station have a really great officer in you and the Apple Valley community will benefit having you serve us. Moral of the story: This is not the time of the year to be stupid and cheap. Lol Being frugal may cost you more in the long run so apply common sense first. In this cold weather don’t take unnecessary risk. I was lucky Officer Colin happened to be there and amazingly had a gas can with enough fuel in it to reach a service station.

The non-emergency actually goes to a voicemail on weekends and holidays. Call 911 and dispatch can still conect you with them however, its important that you indidcate that your call is not an emergency in this case due to higher volumes of actual emergency calls. This is actualy pretty sweet if you think about it because its one way the city saves your tax dollar. Id rather get put on hold then pay someone to handle only non-emergency calls.
Thank You for answering!
