Good spot for pick up Volleyball. Many courts with different levels of players. Weekends can be hit or miss, Monday is the biggest night with 6 courts.

Smaller parking lot for how big the venue is, but there are constantly fun activities going on, helpful staff that are COVID cautious, and 6 huge gyms for sport activities.

They keep their Facebook page updated with the open gym times. Some days it is different if there are events in the gym so I always check the Facebook page before going to open gym.

Check with either Valley United or Eastview athletic clubs for start dates for Inhouse baseball, soccer, lacrosse.

I'm not sure. I am was there for a meeting. Did you check the YMCA lifetime fitness or L A fitness at different times i belonged to two of the three

I am visiting the Lakewood area Feb 14-Feb 16. Is there an indoor gym I can visit that doesn't require a membership. Beginning/intermediate.
