Food is good. But it’s WAY overpriced. The atmosphere is also nice but nothing too fancy. We had a private party in a small room with a curtain divider. $100 for a porterhouse steak. $10 just for a side of Mac n Cheese Cheapest meal is $33 for organic chicken. Menu is limited to steaks, seafood and apps. Didn’t get to try dessert. As we were full. Ladies room is small with only 2 stalls and no vanity space. Located inside the casino. Server was a fun character & took pix but a bit rude. Commented that another staff was an “idiot”. He also tried to push order add ons.

The ambiance of this restaurant is so peaceful and inviting. Our server, Devonte, was on top of everything and very responsive throughout the meal. We were given a delicious complimentary appetizer of sashimi tuna in a small cone. We enjoyed yummy cocktails, the one photo below is the smoked Manhattan and it was amazing! I had the wedge salad which I highly recommend. It was a little different with fried onions that made it really delicious and unique. I had the chicken and a side of truffle fries which was really delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant and you can enjoy gambling after. The casino is smoke free so you don't have to walk through a cloud of smoke to eat at this restaurant.

The food was not cooked as requested per order. It took nearly an hour from order to plate and due to my wife's steak being cooked "medium rare" and not "well" as requested. She decided to receive it in a to go bag because we were going on an hour and a half at that point. Our server was pleasant but not nearly as attentive as other 5 star restaurants. It was surprising because it was nearly empty at the time of our reservation aside from a single large party and maybe 4 other couples. They were apologetic for the mix up and comped fries and gave us a free extra crab cake which was nice but still unfortunate. I always look forward to trying new fine dining steak houses and was very disappointed with Nineteen 86. I had the 18oz Ribeye which was surprisingly thin compared to other steakhouses and although not noted on menu, it was bone in. The server suggested a lobster topping on steak which I thought what the hell, I'll give it a shot and it was surprisingly good. I normally just like medium rare steak so I thought I would be adventurous and it was quite tasty with the lobster sauce/topping. I was not a fan of the truffle fries, some were cold and I didn't care for the taste but my wife enjoyed them. The bread was harder than a rock. Overall I would say the restaurant was below average for the price point of a 5 star Steakhouse. Very unfortunate.

Celebrated our anniversary here with family. What a perfect meal. Waiter Steve made the evening for us. All the food was great, service was spectacular and facilities were spotless. Thanks to all their staff for a great visit.

No dress code but it has an upscale feel. The food is really good along with the service.
