We’ve payed 50 dollars for an application for a home that is said to be coming soon! The lady at the window seemed nice in person took our money and application told us to call back and check on our applications, she proceeds to tell us to call everyday and for a week now it’s been told to us they are still processing applications, then to they haven’t picked a tenant when I ask when she’ll know she’s repeats herself and tells me they haven’t made a decision!! Very rude over the phone and when I asked a second time when she’ll know an answer about our application or if someone else was there to speak to she put the line on mute and refused to talk!! Very unprofessional they are just looking for application fee money! Wouldn’t recommend doing business with these people!!!!!

Have house in their rental program. Husband who signed contact died. Called several times to ask Mr Harrill to call me. No return call. Found office and not allowed to enter they have a bullet proof window on the side. The way I've talked to Mr Harrill was because I caught him in the yard. No rent in over three months and the person was behind prior to that. I asked his plan and no answer. I would never use this company.
