**make sure they don’t go overboard, threw out all my undamaged baseboards and shoe molding*** Woke up to water coming out of flooring- my husband accessed where leak came from and quickly turned water off! It was an emergency (couldn’t call 911) so called insurance company and they recommended 3 companies- we decided to go with ServPro. Positives: Arrived quickly and started remediating water damage fast. Chad answered all our questions…he and his employees knowledgeable, professional and courteous. ****Negatives: They tore out all my baseboards and threw them out! Also, brought out the “big guns” 20 loud fans in my house…insurance paid…probably one of the many reasons property insurance is so high… Overall, this was our first rodeo with water damage to house, dealing with property insurance claims and having work done on house beyond our control. We would use ServPro again, please not as many fans…and save the baseboards that were not damaged!!!*****
