This place literally has new people all the time and I’m seeing so many complaints about the line being slow. They’re training and they’re doing just fine, my drink is always good. They’re really nice and very assuring about my order everytime. I don’t try to be a karen but everytime i’ve asked about my order or to change it, they’d do it nicely with no question. One of the friendliest places i’ve been to, I won’t lie though. I miss all the older workers who used to serve in the morning but the newer people aren’t too bad. Thanks dunkin!

There was no service rush, 5 people working, apparently one of them wasn't even on shift, accepted our payment out the window, then forgot what our order was, when we asked, of course we're going to respond in a frustrated manner. We've been sitting in the drive-thru order calm for like 15 minutes, then was sitting at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes. Trying to get served by incompetent. Pubescent teenagers who were rude and condescending when we frustratingly responded to their question of what was our drinks which they should have not forgotten. Not to mention the fact that they were on their phones ran around smiling giggling and really just didn't look like they were working. The only one that look like they were working with somebody that had just clocked in. We literally saw them go through the back door while we were sitting in the drive-thru for a 15 to 20 minutes.
