Spotless! You could eat your dinner off the processing room floor! John is a lovely man who prides himself on his work. He will slaughter/process beef, pork, lamb, goats at an amazingly low price. He also slaughters his own Heritage Rare Breed Pigs that live in his oak woods and offers roasts, chops, sausage etc.. phone 4 availability! Same for his own Beef.. Texas Longhorn/Jersey cross Beef. ALL animals are 100% Pasture-raised! It is not the easiest of places to find but, trust me, this is some of the best free range meat you'll find anywhere at a remarkably low price.
