Positive: The location is so close to the freeway. Negative: Very outdated, had a crack on the floor with tape over it, the bathtub was clogged up, there was hair in the Jacuzzi before using it. Not worth the price at all.

If it had a -5 star thats what id give them!! We got a spa tub room paid $230 dollars for it we filled up our tub and turned on the jets brown stuff started coming out of the jets the bed squeaks when you sit on it, I told the manager the next day I sent a picture of the spa tub to the general manager in a e-mail i was told he would get ahold of me, two days later I called him he only offered me $50 dollars off a standard room was only $95 dollars seeing how I couldn't use the tub I should only get charged for a standard room then I called again to talk to the manager and they hung up on me 😡poor customer service ill never stay at a bestwestern again

The rooms are nice, the Jacuzzi tub was really clean. The only complaint I have of course was the pool being closed and it not be listed anywhere else on the website. Just want to say Michael on third shift was a delight. I ran into him a couple times throughout breakfast. I thought he was the first shift worker because he seemed like he had just gotten to work and when he told me he was actually the night shift I was really impressed he was still so helpful and accommodating, you don't usually see that with night shift people. He was actually the nicest hotel employee I've encountered in months.
