Had my vehicle there to replace the driver's door glass. When I picked the vehicle up, the door handle trim came off. I saw that someone had broke it, and tried to glue it with windshield sealant. No one told me about the damage, and tried to cover it up. I showed it to the desk employee and subsequently a few days later the manager, Jason, got in contact with me. Through a few phone calls he assured me the problem would be taken care of. Approximately 4 weeks later, nothing has been solved, and my phone calls have not been returned. Being ignored I decided to call Safelite corporate. All I get is a recording that starts you all over again after 10 minutes of button pressing and frustration. This lack of customer service, and quite bluntly, lies are unacceptable. 2 months later and many, many voicemails left by me, nothing has been resolved, they just ignore you, including corporate. They damage your car and are not responsible for anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
