We've been here a year now. Any issues We've had, have been addressed quickly and resolved quickly. The maintenance guys are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Could use a new stove and dishwasher. Both are so old, I'm surprised they work at all. But at least they work. Overall, it seems the staff cares about the tenants and does their best to get problems resolved in a timely manner. Thank you!

This is a very nice place to live. However if you advertise a heated pool it should truly be heated especially in the winter when it is cold. I love to swim and it is one of the reasons I moved into this place. But at 86°it is not warm …

Supposed to be but "New" Owners/Mgmnt seem to be Anything goes! Place is half empty. Try Brook Hollow nexr door.

I only a resident but my answer is in the time of three years I have been not seen such a situation. Please do not take my word on this thou . I quick call to the office would settle things. I do know that the new management is extremely rude to everyone. With out discrimination. There are rude to everyone. The is a property rite next door. Perhaps they might be more willing. I'm not sure just offering a different solution if sunwood does not. Perhaps calling the cooperation office of Shelton cook. The management company you will be dealing with. Maybe calling the bosses of all of them would snap some kindness into them
