Joining the Rec Center was one of the best things I decided to do since I retired! I feel so much healthier and saner and have made a lot of friends. It's my way to treat myself to some much needed self care.

Pool is 25 yards. Pool has 3 lanes for lap swimmers. Other half of pool for fitness water aerobics seniors.
