Neat, clean store! Spotless! From Erich the Manager greeting me when I came in to watching an employee conscientiously buff the floors, Eve helping me find what I was looking for, and Karen S. providing wonderful customer service at checkout with a cheery attitude and friendly demeanor. I haven't been to this store in some time, but boy was it worth a visit! Extremely impressive.

I went to the pharmacy to get my prescription refilled. They told me it could not be refilled unless i see my doctor. This was false information. I went directly home and called my doctor who cancelled the old script and created a new one so there would be no confusion. The following morning I called Drugmart. Heather answered and was very rude and very short when i asked if there was a prescription for me there She said NO there was none.. I drove to the doctor the due to the fact that my needing this medicine was crucial and they said the script was called in at 7 pm the day that i had been in drugmart. So upon returning to drugmart there story changes to the reason they didnt fill the script is because insurance wouldnt pay for it. At no point was I told this by drugmart the previous day if so I would have paid for the medication. Heather needs to learn some customer relation phone skills or find a job where she doesnt have to talk to customers on the phone., No one deserves Her rude attitude at 9 am because she doesnt feel like doing her job.Playing with peoples medications and giving false information has serious consequenses to peoples health because She is too lazy or angry to look for them.Please give attention to this matter.

The ladies in the pharmacy are super friendly. I had issues with my last pharmacy so I came here. The lady behind the counter said she got me, and she did. she called the other place that I was having issues with and got everything switched over for me so I didn't have to deal with them anymore at all. It was a pleasant expirence.
