My wife and I came in for a specific automobile and left with a vehicle that better fits our lifestyle and budget. Benny Hardy was our salesman and he was patient, professional and informative! Benny worked with us and helped us get in an SUV that was affordable and stylish! The manager Jake (not from State Farm, LOL) was generous with the price and we are VERY happy with our new SUV!!

Benny was amazing! He helped us navigate our shopping experience seamlessly. We came in for a certain car that didn’t work out for us and he made it easy to find another, better car! We left with a car the same day. Jake the manager did his best to keep us in the price range we wanted. LaOta was very kind and explained all paperwork thoroughly.

Pathetic Experience and worst customer service. Untrustworthy and Highly discourage to visit this place at rosewell.Manager can say “ GET OUT OF THE DOOR” with false commitment and keep you wait for 6hrs.. So unethical to support a false statements from team.. DO NOT TRUST. Zero customer etiquettes..

I got scammed, they sold me a Lemon and the Sales manager admitted that he knew before hand that something was wrong with the BMW X5 that they sold me. The car stopped working less than 2 months after buying it and they won't do anything about it

I dont know anything about them changing the name but the customer service is severely lacking. Took almost three months to get tags due to some issue they had with Georgia DMV and a prior sale falling through on the car I bought.
