You can keep the fish.
They have some licenses you can do on line. Check with the Town of Hempsteaf website.
You need a marine registration which is free.
They have striped bass heron perch sometimes blue fish and blue claw crabs in the summer it is a mixture of saltwater and freshwater
Legally, yes, you need a license to fish in this public park. If you get a license, you can fish anywhere and not worry about it.
