We have lived here for almost a year and a half now. At first, we were upset because we were told we would have a new washer and dryer when we first moved in and the ones in our apartment were old models with big yellow stains on them. They said they would replace it but never did. That was over a year ago. We’ve gotten used to it but just a little disappointed about that situation. Otherwise, I will say it is a genuinely nice place to live overall! I love the updated cabinets and other appliances. It’s a dream having an attached two car garage especially in the winter. It feels like we are living in our own home minus sometimes being able to hear the neighbors. That’s typical in an apartment though. The pool and gym are nice features to have as well. For the price and what you get, I think it can be worth living here compared to some places in Cleveland! Plus it feels really safe with the area and I don’t feel nervous about walking my dog or going for runs!

I've been here for almost a year and am quite pleased with the standard of living. Stonebrooke 's staff is kind and quick to respond. The staff has dealt with every issue that has arisen in a timely manner. It's also within distance of the Farmer’s Market! I'm so happy that I just renewed my lease.
