The worst experience ever . The worst front desk persons I ever met in any clinical setting. They let me wait in a room for 1hour and 30 minutes without any explanation or communication what so ever. I never saw the Doctor . I left and will never go back . Terrible, terrible terrible.

No after care. The initial visit was great. The nurse who performed the sonogram was kind and professional. Doctor made everything seem like they would be minor, quick, easy procedures. The first procedure was very uncomfortable. and the pain the night after after was unbearable. when I called about follow up care and questions they hung up the phone multiple times, the "chat" feature online they logged off and finished the sessions. i finally was able to make an online appointment today. I logged in at the time and waited 40 minutes. The doctor never showed up. i have canceled all further procedures. there is no after care at all. update: went for follow up visit. Different radiographer - Haley was professional and wonderful. Doctor was fine. check was good. I did share how poorly their phone lines and online chat customer service was. unfortunately I have no confidence in them. If you have any questions or concerns you can't get anyone on the phone or in the office. I won't even go into how there was an argument in another room happening which I was told to ignore. You do however get multiple calls about confirming appointments. In the future I will go to a vascular doctor in a hospital. The clinic responded about the review below and mentioned HIPPA laws. Is this how they will get negative reviews taken down? Notice the good ones are there.

I'm writing this review with total frustration with the billing dept and customer service. Had an initial consultation in Yonkers, NY with Dr Riley that I was told was free and that they accepted my insurance (which I confirmed when I made the appt). I went in for appt and was treated great by their staff and dr!! The problem is with their billing dept received a bill for consult and for ultrasound and a list of appts for the next 3 months. Also found out that they are out of network and that I'm responsible for 40% of billed cost. Problem is that their billing couldn't give me cost of each treatment so I could know how much "40%" actually is. They refused to provide payment plan and cost and made appts for me without checking with me on dates and times if I would be able to come for those appts. In the end... CANCELLED MY TREATMENTS GOING ELSE WHERE ...really tried to work with them & really did like the doctor & staff. Sorry!
