Terrible experience wouldn't recommend for any first time donor
Rob Welch
Was a good experience except for the fact i showed up about 11:00 on a Thursday and did not leave untill 3:30. The main reasion for that was it being my first time donating so i had to register, get my blood tested, get a "physical" then was about to donate. They did have a hard time locating my vain, well the first 2 people did but the 3rd lady had NO problem at all. Once i got my physical i was in the chair and out the door in about 1.5hrs. My only complante was the lady checking me in was very ignorant to the 2 people helping her due to she was a new hire and just started that day.

Honestly I loved this place. It was closer to home and the hours were just within my time to be able to donate. Showed up today and their hours have changed again. Unfortunately I can no longer donate here due to the hour change and will have to go back to my old donation center.

The staff their are very friendly and helpful unfortunately they don’t pay very well.

Do they treat you as a new donor
Call the center and they will get you a new one within 5-7 days.
Yes, you can donate.
There's also a new buddy bonus on the wheel! If you land on it you bring a friend in and they only have to donate once and you get $25 extra. Whereas our regular buddy bonus, your friend has to donate twice and you only get $20.
Yes. Your BP fluctuates from day to day it may be high one day and then be acceptable on another. If you walk or ride a bike to the center when you get there sit down and relax for a few minutes before you start the sign in so that your heart can calm down and your BP and pulse and come down to normal levels
You can doate twice in 7 days and must skip one day between donations.
For a small fee, we will replace your card on your next visit.
Yes you can. It depends on the medications and what they are prescribed for.
All you have to do. Is have two forms of ID with your correct address. both forms of ID has to be your driver's license and social security card. But expected to wait three to four hours. But first five times its $50 each
No it is after your buddies each donate their second time. After that you have to tell them you have a buddy bonus and only then will you get it.
Nope
Must register as a new donor for this state.
It has changed a bit it is still first 5 visits 50.00 thereafter is 30.00 then 50.00 the second visit.
$50.00 per donation for your first five donations, then $20 your first donation of the week and $40 your second donation of the week.
Yes. Currently Tuesday through Saturday 10 am to 4pm.
$105 first 10 times after that $50 each donations
Yes. As long as there is one day in between days. So Wednesday and Friday would be just fine.
We would love to have your support as a donor! You'll just need a state-issued ID, like a driver’s license, proof of your social security number, and proof of your address. You can learn a little more about the new donor process on our site.
Unfortunately, checks are not on the FDA's list of approved documents. However, a recent piece of mail, bank statement, driver’s license, or student ID will work. Or if you still need another option, each center has postcards that can be mailed to your address and will work as proof of your address. Feel free to contact your nearest center to learn more.
We have multiple locations, and you can find your nearest center along with new donor info on our site. Hope to see you at a center near you soon!
We have a number of promotions running across the country at any given time, but please check with your local center for specific details. Thanks for being a donor!

Blood typing isn't required for plasma donation. During the donation process, plasma is first separated from your blood cells, and then the blood cells are returned. If you haven't been yet, you can learn more about our new donor process on our site.
Once your 2-week deferral period has expired, we would love to welcome you back for donations. You won't be required to “start over” unless you have not donated for six months.
Plasma is an essential ingredient in treatments for many conditions, from serious burns and trauma to immune deficiency to bleeding disorders. With our donor's help, we work to get this lifesaving solution to patients in need. And it's truly the impact on our patients that motivates us to do what we do. You can learn a little more about the donor to patient map on our site.
Please bring the photocopy, your current ID with your current address, and proof of residency.
Thanks for your interest in joining our team. It sounds like you could be a good fit. However, we're unable to share the salary range for this position since many factors are taken into consideration to determine compensation. We do hope you'll take the time to apply and look forward to potentially working with you in the future. Please reach out to us if you have further questions
No. Not at this time.
Yes, but with some restrictions. Please contact your nearest ImmunoTek Plasma center for more information.
All of our phlebotomists are experienced and have regular training. However, each new donor goes through an onboarding process where you'll meet with a medical specialist to ensure you're a good candidate. We recommend you let them know during this process and be advised beforehand regarding your phobia of needles.
We did learn that neither travel nor vaccines will necessarily disqualify you as a donor. However, unfortunately, in order to determine eligibility, you'll need to visit your nearest ImmunoTek center to meet with a Medical Specialist who will evaluate you to make a final determination whether you are able to safely donate. Thanks for your patience and enjoy your travels!
All of our centers use the Haemonetics NextSys (PCS3) machines to collect plasma donations.
Yes! Once your prepaid ImmunoTek Wirecard has been activated, you can spend the funds anywhere MasterCard is accepted including at ATMs all over the world.
Yes! Your info will transfer. You'll still go through medical screening where we'll need to verify your personal info like address and phone number.
At ImmunoTek, our policy is for new mothers to wait at least 6 months after giving birth before they are able to donate plasma with us. If you had a C-section or received blood products (blood transfusion or RhoGAM), then the wait is at least 12 months.
Plasma donations are not taxed. Donor fees are considered a reimbursement for your time and travel to get to our center.
If it's been more than six months, we require another exam.
Please bring your old security card along with the proof of your newly ordered card, a valid form of I.D. like your driver's license, and proof of your address like a water bill, electricity bill, etc.
There is a pass-through fee for replacement cards from the card provider for $5.
Part of the process of evaluating our donors is through a physical that will determine your suitability as a donor. This is to assure your safety and the safety of the plasma we collect. Physicals are performed by our licensed medical staff at our centers and are based on their individual determination. To find out if you qualify, we encourage you to visit the center so that we can get that evaluation completed.
Plasma donation is different than blood donation. During the donation process, plasma is first separated from your blood cells, and then the blood cells are returned. The body replaces the plasma removed during the donation process quickly; therefore, healthy individuals can donate as often as twice in a seven-day period, with at least one day between donations.
We are happy to hear you are interested in donating lifesaving plasma. We encourage you to visit your nearest ImmunoTek Plasma location and speak to one of our highly qualified Medical Specialists who can evaluate your health and current condition to determine whether you are able to safely donate plasma.
Tattoos are okay. For more info about becoming a new donor, as well as other restrictions, please call our center.
You can donate plasma at least 48 hours or more after donating platelets. However, a donor should only donate a total of up to two donations, platelets or plasma, in one week. Please let us know if you have any more questions and we hope to see you again soon!

Some visits may take longer than expected and we try to be efficient. We know that your time is valuable and we do hope you'll return and make your next experience a better one.
We would encourage you to speak to your local center directly with regard to your deferment.
While most promotions are honored across all centers there are exceptions. We recommend contacting your specific center to confirm.
There is only one size needle used for plasma donation.
We collect only the plasma portion of the blood. Platelets are returned to the donor with their red blood cells.
Yes. We accept donors that live within a 50-mile radius of the center. This can vary by center so please contact your nearest ImmunoTek Plasma center to confirm your eligibility.

FDA guidelines state that donors must have a permanent residence. Please check back with us in the future if your housing situation should change. Thank you.
Yes and you get 70.00 for your first five donations
U can walk in at anytime Monday through Saturday as long as its before 6 p.m, im not sure if they are open today due to the holiday I would just call them and see if they are open
Be patient and keep calling. They're a little slow.
70 first 5 donations for new clients
70 for your first 5 visits
Yes!
Call and ask for the manager about a wrong payment
I would say most likely not but I'm not a doctor just call and ask
No. You need your social security card
I overheard a lady who works there say that they are but I'm not certain the hours or if that info is correct
I think you can. Not 100% on that though.
You can still donate as long as you are there before the time they close. They accept people up until they lock the door
I don't know, myself. But if someone else doesn't answer on here, and you have a way up there, they usually have signs on the doors telling you special hours like that. Good luck!
Both id card and social security card needs to be present
$50 for the first 5 donations
Two times in seven days. If you donate Wednesday, again on Friday, the 7 days is not reset until the following Wednesday. Skip one donation, it's not that much money. If you skip Wednesday, come in Thursday, then come again on Tuesday. Wednesday is set as your first day so if you skip that you can set it up however you want from there
No
My boys are 12,13 and 15 and I sometimes will take one with me...I have seen smaller children, but there is always another adult with them...I would definitely get a sitter for your first donation though...mine took 4 hours
If you skip your original day, the day you go will be your new day... Just remember that you have to have two full days between donations and the week is Monday through Sunday so make sure you can get your second one done by Sunday or you will miss out on your $50 one.
Yes
Cool, lol I was worried it would take like 5 business days🤣😅, thanks for the reply
I donated Tuesday my money not on my card
First 5 times, $50. Pay is the same for everybody.
If on insulin- no. BP meds are okay
Yes as long as you are in the door by 6
Typically 1 year after your initial physical is when it will be repeated
50 for your first 5 visits
The acceptable weight ranges from 110lbs-400lbs.
I work there and no you dont but you can only donate at one center
yes
Immunotek does not have a weight based payment schedule. All donors are paid the same amount
Proof of address, social security, and ID. Call them or check their website to double check. UPDATE: I'm actually not too sure about motel addresses but I'm sure they could make some type of accompidation.
I did call them and they could not give me an answer. I was trying to find an answer before going because 1st visit can take up to 3hours but thanks anyway
DL, SS and proof of address.
You will always have issues giving if you're veins are small or deep. They hope that everyone could give so they give pointers and ask you to return. If you did what they asked unfortunately you're going to always have problems and I would assume you won't be able to give. Your doctor may have a better suggestion good luck
Yes...depends on ur address though. I would call and ask before I drove all the way there.
All you need to do is walk in and they will go from there.
You need a bill in your name at your new address. The state your SS comes from is irrelevant. Bring your ID SS card and the bill you'll be fine. My address was different than what was on my Id and I just needed a bill with my name on it, SS and old id
You can't. You need a valid picture ID, social security, and a piece of mail to verify your adress.
Monday threw Saturday its open but Tuesday and Fridays are the best because its not packed
A W-2 or a paycheck stub with your full name as it appears on your license/ ID.
They told me you can donate one year after your last tattoo/piercing. I would try to visit my artist and ask for documented proof to take with me just in case. Good luck. :)
You must be between the ages of 18 and 65
You could go as early as Wednesday, but not Monday.
50 for you first 5 donation and the 20 & 40 each time
