So I was referred here by my dentist. When I called it was around 4:25, I informed the lady that I was referred by Homeland Dentistry and it seem as though she automatically put a guard up….. Smh the crazy part though is before I could give her any more information she asked me with a “matter of fact” attitude what my insurance was when I told her she quickly said I wouldn’t be seen till the end of February. It’s very obvious that a lot of the offices discriminate against types of insurance but my thing is this “IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MEDICAID THEN DON’T EXCEPT IT AND STOP TREATING PEOPLE NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be contacting the board of dentistry for them as well!

They are not professionals, I do not recommend this place

My daughter came here to get her wisdom teeth extracted, and first time have I seen a place that sets appointments and isn’t ready 3-4 hours later. Common sense to schedule for that time right? I understand waiting 30min up to an hour(not including the actual surgery) BUT 4 hours is a bit too much before getting Called in! And not only that, why overbook patients if you don’t have the time nor space? Seems to me that they want their money more than they actually care for patients. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but not everyone has a whole day to spare for these people to get their stuff together. They don’t care obviously….

People are nice but expect to wait a long time even if you have an appointment 2 hours after my scheduled appointment I was finally seen for a post op appointment.

How much does it cost to get a tooth removed if it's trying to grow on behind another tooth
I had 11 back teeth removed yesterday and yes they put me to sleep. Two days later and my left side of my face is still numb as ever.
The fastest they could fit me in was 2 months later and I had no choice but to accept to go to this place because I had Medicaid and they are the only ones that accept Medicaid.
Yes I'm pretty sure they can accommodate you with that
I did when Dr. Patterson or Peterson, can't Rebecca the name did surgery in high point. I sat there under laughing gas for well over 30 minutes and she came in there and I was still normal, she looked at me and said what are you on? I say 32 mg of Methadone. She ended up sticking a little needle in my arm (looked like a butterfly needle honestly), laying it on my arm & then said she was going to give me medicine to put me to sleep. I woke up in the car on the way home. Bad experience. Found out later that she killed a couple patients.
I just had 4 teeth removed and an implant. I have discoint insurance. Sedation is 1000.00. My husband had 4 removed wo sedation. Together it was 4800.00 for both of us.
I also had problems the first time I went to Triad Oral surgeon I was so scared because I never had to get a tooth pulled at that time I needed all 4 of my wisdom tooth pulled and I had cracked one so it had to go also so that was 5 in all they do good work I must say because I just cracked another one and went beck to them so they could pull that one. They get you in and out but they do great work and if I ever happen to lose another tooth trust I'll go to them before I go let someone else pull my tooth. They can get a A+ from me.
You'll need to contact the office. This forum is for questions pertaining to their service
It's almost directly across the road from The Amish Trading Post.
I'm in the same boat as well. But no matter if you have insurance or not the the dentist wants their money up front ( the day you have the surgery). They will try to get you to sign up for a credit card called CareCredit to help pay for you dental needs also.
