Classic and popular ice cream place. The banana split my friends had and the shake I had were great. Good ice cream quality, dishes were clean, and we were seated and served very quickly. However, kitchen floor cleanliness was lacking. The whole place is in dire need of a full gut renovation. Old carpets, booths, chairs, paint, dust, and broken window panes/floor tiles. The black and pink bathroom was horrendous, and the old carpet and arrangement in the back arcade was gross, I didn't even check it out. The staff was nice, but their uniforms were dirty with ice cream, and the bus boy pushed a terribly dirty cart through the dining area to pick up dishes. The lack of cleanliness did not make the experience as appetizing as I expected.

Nice little ice cream shop in downtown Scotsdale. There is nice atmosphere here of an old time ice cream shop. The items we got were good but by the time they all came out half of them were starting to melt. It might be better to bring them out as they are finished. It was worth the experience.

Stopped by here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon, busy, busy, busy. Sat at the counter and had quick service. Lots of staff moving around taking care of diners and ice cream sales. Our lunch sandwiches took a bit of time to be made, but were good.

It’s truly a shame that this adorable restaurant has such low quality food. The nut bread was partially frozen and the pineapple cream cheese filling was very bland. I could not taste the pineapple at all. The tea sandwich plate was disappointing. The three sandwiches were made on regular bread that mad been cut into quarters. The fillings were dry, bland and flavorless. A tea sandwich should be a tasty little morsel on a special bread. The ice cream and toppings were nothing special either. The server was not great either. On the plus side, this pink restaurant has such a cute ambiance. If you only care about ambiance and don’t care about being served sub par food, this place is for you! Bathroom was not cared for and had peeling wall paper. This restaurant must be surviving on tourist traffic. The outside is painted bubblegum pink and it very noticeable, so it probably draws tourists. Overall, very very disappointing.

No, but if planning a large party, if suggest calling to confirm they can accommodate.
They have other food too. My wife got clam chowder there one Friday. It was very good--lots of clams.
Yes they do, they have lots and lots of yummy ice cream treats. If you've never tried a bittersweet chocolate milkshake it is out of this world! They also have a full menu of sandwiches salads burgers and not only that it is a landmark. I used to go there as a child with my grandmother and that was 50 some years ago. We still go there as a matter of fact my kids and I just ate there the other night. The sliced turkey sandwich is very good too. Hope this helps...
there is a Raspberry Sorbet which is diary free.
They serve salads and fruits. Hope this help. http://sugarbowlscottsdale.com/sugar-bowl-menu/
I'm not sure sorry. I would give them a call
Carroll Huntress. It's been family owned since it opened.
