After stating they performed the job, my cameras showed otherwise. Tru gree is a rip off. They tear up your shrubs ( earlier this spring ), drag their hoses through your landscaping ( earlier this year )and then lie stating they were here. DO NOT USE THEM, IT WILL FRUSTRATE YOU!!!

Had trugreen do weed control on our lawn. Now our maple tree is infested with bugs to the point where the leaves started turning in July. This tree has been healthy until this year. After contacting trugreen and getting conflicting stories and pricing to spray the tree we are told that they cannot do anything about the tree because of its size. I have talked to 4 different people from trugreen and all 4 gave me a different story. Please be very careful when using this company. Btw none of my neighbors trees have done this because they don't have trugreen.

Technicians need to honest about not completing service, My last service was delayed by two weeks. The original appointment was cancelled by the technician for "Landscaping Crew on Property". The thing is, I DON'T HAVE LANDSCAPING CREWS! .... and the technician said he was at our property. When I saw the alert I went outside. He was not there. They forget that a large number of people still work from home. We know if you're here or not.

For the weed control to be effective, wait at least a day for the weed control to get into the plant and do its job. Once the treatment dries, rain will not effect the application. Some rain is good for liquid applications, it opens the pores of the plant and allows the material to enter quickly.
We do offer core aeration, as well as overseeding. For thatch control, aeration works well. For thatch reduction we can do a double aeration. We do not do dethatching.
