Numberous employees will ask you to move or step aside, but won't ask you if you need help, or what order your there to pick up. They treat it like it's only 1 PERSONS responsibility, which doesn't make sense.

No answer to the question. I have a Complaint. I placed an order for pick up for 5:00 and got at almost 5:30. Needless to say the food was cold. A long time till I order again.
