I wish I could leave zero stars. Whoever you had on dispatch duty, October 6, 2022 @2:57pm was very rude and unprofessional. We just started using Black Sea and this is not the way to treat a customer who was just trying to get home after being on dialysis for four hours. Please do better.

Terrible drivers. I was crossing the street and the driver didn't bother to stop at the stop sign. He preferred to hit me than to stop. Reported. It is a white van with the company logo. Drivers need training

This evening at around 7:25pm I encountered this reckless driver on Pelhamdale Ave in Pelham. S/he was obnoxiously honking during a red light then passed on the right on Pelhamdale. When s/he got to Colonial Avenue, s/he made a right turn from the left lane. This company will eventually be sued when this driver causes an accident with bodily injury.
