So I live an hour and 12 minutes away from this place and I've previously went and loved it, until yesterday. I called then at 4:34 and asked since they close at 6 what's the latest they would take a client, I also informed her that I was an hour away so I would arrive closer to closing. I was told "yes come on that's fine." I arrived at 5:43 speeding through traffic and I drive a Diesel truck by the way, only to get there and the same woman to tell me they are closed. So I said to her "I called and you said to come on" She says "I'm sorry we take the last head at 5:50" 🙄 It's 5:45 at this point, so she continues to tell me how they are closed and can't do my hair after I've traveled from so far. I love the way they do my hair but hate the way they do business and unfortunately I will not be returning. So just a heads up beware of what they tell you vs what they'll actually do.
