I have never had a problem with the food. Service had had hiccups though.

My wife and I ate there one night last week. It had been a while since we'd been there but one thing we could always count on at El Sazon was fast service. That was not the case! Instead of just a few minutes, it took about 20 minutes to get our food. That's not what we had come to expect from El Sazon.
