I would definitely never recommend Dr Lisa Thomas for oncology cancer care. Her and her staff repeatedly delayed my loved one's treatment. Would not return phone calls when fevers and infection started. Then when we went to PENN for a second opinion... since no one was helping us here, the oncologist from PENN spoke directly TO Dr Thomas to try and start chemo closer to home.... NO ONE EVER CALLED.... BLOODWORK WAS NEVER SENT AND CARE WAS NEVER RECEIVED! Completely appalling and unacceptable! Terrible terrible place and now my loved one pays the price with his life!

This place is abusive and controlling of cancer patients. It's like an authoritarian nightmare.

Well you know you can only have oneperson in there at a time and the rude nurse in third waiting room pointed that our which I can read but seemed like the rest of the office was ok with it. Luckily at least my wife got to go in with my mother for her appointment while I was told to leave the building.

Imagine you get the most terrifying news of your life, you have cancer. Then imagine walking into a doctors office terrified and uncertain, but with the hope that these people are going to go to bat for you. Just then your doctor walks in, puts their back to you, tells you, "You know why you're here. You have cancer." And follow that up with, "This is going to be a problem for you. You're going to lose all your hair." What kind of terrible bedside manner is that when people are coming to you at their most vulnerable?! Dr. Bojanapally must have skipped that part of her training. Absolutely deplorable. This is why people travel out of town for treatment.
