Our tour was rushed because our tour bus was late to pick up the guide. Then at the Heritage we did not have time to visit the center or see the movie. We had to be at the mansion by a given time and leave immediately without viewing the grounds. We were rushed throughout and the guide even left the tour early because she had another meetup. Our whole group felt cheated. The bus line set the timing so there is no excuse. The company also did it again on a second tour. They got us to the site an hour before the on site guide could take us. We wasted an hour on that tour waiting for a guide that Gray Line had scheduled.

Informative little tours, but heavily focused on Broadway street. If your looking for something besides a central downtown focus you will be disappointed. That side, they do talk about other places, it just makes up a smaller part of the tour. One other warning, the tour wad focused on what celebrity does this or that, if you don't know them, it won't mean much. Much more Hollywood who's who and owns what then a true history tour.

Loved our guide to the stars homes and other attractions! Glenn was very knowledgeable and great driver, it's my first time to Nashville and my wife and I will definitely be back and would love going on another tour from Gray Line! I highly recommend that if you are in town and looking for a guide this is the place for you!
