A long trip brought me to this carwash, and my disappointment began immediately and persisted throughout. Due to a limited amount of time, I used self-service to wash the exterior, $20 car wash + wax + something else. The automated payment had a bit of difficulty, so a nice man came over and offered me membership instead of help. In response, I kindly declined and stated that I would just like to wash my car, but that I have been experiencing difficulties with the payment. He offered to take care of the payment for me and then disappeared for a moment with my card, which would be fine if he didn't actually trick me and charge me membership anyway. After some discussion, it was allegedly canceled. I was then told to pay at the machine by myself, and he vanished. Finally, my payment was processed and I pulled up in line. Suddenly, from behind, this other car pulls right in front of me and forces his way through. Given that it was at least 111F and I have a handicapped license plate, I decided to approach the driver since his actions weren't very nice. One of the workers was behind the wheel. My questions about why he did that went unanswered as he looked in a different direction totally ignoring me. Later, I learned that full-service cars have priority, but there is no sign, no one asked my permission if they could do that. I understand they are busy, but why do they have self-service, charge people $20, and behave in this manner? On top of all that, my car was still covered in dead bugs. This poor work style has scared me and I will never use the company again.

We have a 2017 Land Rover discovery, their car wash ripped the trim piece off by the back sun roof. They refuse to do good business practices and pay to replace the piece their car wash broke, we will be reporting them to the better business bureau and taking them to small claims court for the 440.00, for the trim piece and labor to install it. It’s so sad a company like this does bad business practices. There employees found the piece ripped off in there tunnel. They have video for a reason we came in and it was attached . They tried stating it had double sided tape on it. Beware do not take your luxury vehicles to this location. If they get damaged the refuse to fix what’s damaged. Very bad business practice.

I’ve always been satisfied with Jackson’s car wash Highland location. However, I just moved and recently have been going to the North Tatum location. I’ve had a phenomenal experience! Even though I came at prime time with lots of customers are in line, the staff was very efficient and moving the line forward quickly. Also the customer service I received from the front desk was very friendly and marvelous. I noticed she greeted every single customer that came in and also handled a problem for the person in front of me with ease and patience and class. Five stars to Theresa at the front register and my entire experience there today. This is my new car wash and I have visited a lot throughout the valley. This place is number #1. 👍

Came in to get an upgraded wash today and Spencer did a great job helping me find a wash that met my needs. He upgraded me to a full detail for an unbeatable price, and even comped my upgraded wash today. Theresa at the cashier’s desk was also very friendly and gladly helped me replace my lost family package tag. I always appreciate Jackson’s hard work and will always be coming back.

My recommendation is go elsewhere to get your car detailed. I would not support that company I will keep my personal comments to myself but I would not support that company
