Just NO! As The Years Goes On The Customer Sevice Is Very Very Poor. Noone Is Informative. If Customer Service Isn't Your Strong Point Work In A Warehouse. I Really Dislike When People Are Working To Serve You And They Sign Up For It But Act Like The Customer's Are The Problem. We Need Your Service So HELP To The Best Of Your Ability! Not Giving The Bare Minimum. Georgia Power Need To Do Some Training! THEY WOULD NEVER!!!

I’ve had my service for three years & honestly I’ve never had an issue. I’ve encountered not so friendly staff as well, but I think they truly mean well.. It seems like most of the staff is entry level so with a little training on tone, delivery & customer service, They’ll be fine… They don’t make a ton of money while having to deal with customers lashing out on them all day… The inspectors were really nice & prompt…Give them a break guys…REMEMBER if you pay your bills, they won’t be cut off.

The service is fine when it works. However, they have a lot of outages. When they have outages they turn the phone system off rather than putting up an automatic message notifying it's paying customers of the outage. The website is also outdated and can be utilized with the same outage message and an expected time of when power can be restored. OK service but lots of room for improvement!
