Walking into the Views, I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and generous smile by sales rep Elizabeth. While speaking with Elizabeth she was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind! I also complemented the way the Leasing office was extremely clean. Elizabeth then conducted a tour around the property and the unit of my liking. While riding through the community I noticed instantly how clean the property was. The parking lot and garages had not one spec of trash in site, (compared to other properties I visited today), the breeze ways were clean and very welcoming. Overall I am very excited to move forward with processing an application. Thanks again Elizabeth for the tour and you exceptional customer service!!!!

$1700 for a one bedroom to live in snellville?!?! That’s absolutely ridiculous. I can’t get a unit for the same spacing in Sandy springs, Roswell, and even Stone Mountain for $1330-$1550. Who ever owns this, You should be ashamed.

Am not sure about section 8 but I do know as a resident here at the view, the lease is made to keep you hostage. It cause you more to leave than your rent. am paying close to 1700 for 1 bedroom.
