This place, this home saved my life & I doubt I would be alive without the people and meetings held here. Merril and the entire staff who work here are incredible and help people in this community more than any review on google could ever convey. ♥️ Grateful for 202 and for everyone who’s kept this place going for over 50 years!!!

I've been sober for 5 years and have been coming around 202 for 4 of those 5 years. 202 used to be a great place to fellowship. During my pregnancy I slowed down on my meeting attendance because I often didn't feel well and then eventually stopped all together, and decided after my daughter was born to go back. Already feeling weird about being at the meeting house, outside I was being judged by old timers for continuing to vape. I went inside to change my daughter's diaper before the meeting started but there were no places in the restrooms so I found a bench. Merrill, the lady working, came out and stopped me due to "sanitary issues" even though i had a portable changing statuon that would prevent my daughter from coming into contact with any surfaces. Then i was sent upstairs to change my three week old daughter on a small broken table that had a top that felt like it was going to come off, or my daughter would just roll off. I was better off just changing her in the floor. I ended up leaving before the meeting. This is exactly why I left AA in the first place. If you're looking for a meeting, 5925 Obrien Ave has a clubhouse that is much more welcoming in my opinion. Some people love 202 though, so maybe your experience will be different. I have no intention of returning though.

HI David, we don't have NA meetings, but all of our AA meetings are open meetings, meaning anyone can attend.
We have AA meetings daily starting at 9am all the way to meetings ending at 9pm. Each meeting lasts an hour, with ones starting at 9am, 11:30am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 6:30pm, and 8pm. We're open every day (including holidays), 365 days a year.
