Ordered Buffalo wings, they were salty!!!🥴and not to mention dry!

Really bad customer service, never calls out your oder when ready so you have to stand in line a second time. There's always a problem when I go to pick up my order, last time I called in to place an order and when I showed up they hadn't even put up my order receipt to be made. To top it off they have extremely long wait times. I never have these problems at the Dinuba or Selma locations.

Super disappointed in the customer service. I spoke with Ofelia (a wing expert) and she told me that I cannot have a refund because the manager was not there until Monday. I ordered online and mistakenly ordered for takeout instead of delivery which is my fault but I shouldn't have to be talked down to by an employee, I wanted a refund and confirmation that my order was cancelled. I was told by Ofelia to make a note on my phone to call back on Monday to speak with their manager Michelle on Monday for my refund. I did not get a confirmation of my cancelation nor a receipt. I understand customer service jobs are tough and fast food jobs are quick paced but i have never had an experience like this at this Wingstop. I am completely disappointed. Jacob C. 04-09-21
