Was gifted an item bought at another location. Went to return it and ended up buying something. This experience was great, everyone was so nice and checked on me often while I browsed. I decided to return both items, as one did not fit and I could not make myself love the other. This visit was polar opposite and really just left a bad taste in my mouth. The girls were not friendly. The person who I assume is a manager rolled her eyes and just had very rude expressions when I answered why I was returning the items. I wasn't a previous customer, and I only walked in to initially return the gifted item. Their clothes are not true plus size, they are cheap, and the customer service is clearly hit or miss. I really don't see what the hype is about.

Cute little store that carries plus size and smaller size clothes as well as shoes and jewelry in trendy styles.

Very cute shop. My wife and teenage daughter, with vastly different tastes, were both able to find clothing they liked. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
