These people do not care about you at all!!! They lie like rugs. You can send in all of the Documentation that they need, and they will still Lie. Lie, Lie!! So many Parents use Child Support as the get back game! And they claim that you cannot sue them, I would have to sue the Father of my Children.Oh, but they really think it is ok to keep abusing my Ss# and getting my money as they please? Contacted a lawyer. The only two cities I am from has no record of a case against me! So they are just stealing money! So corrupt! CS ought to be ashamed of themselves! God is watching you! He watches us all!!

Very unprofessional, you can hardly ever get anyone to answer the phone. When they do answer, your case worker is either never in the office or will call you back. When you request anything in regards to your case, the matters never get addressed. They just do whatever they want and the people who they're supposed to help are left to just deal with it.
