Walked in yesterday. Was seen and treated promptly. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the doc were great!

Waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. When they had nobody waiting. This would be the last place I would recommend. Highly disappointed in the staff at this location.

Went in for some stomach discomfort, front desk staff were very friendly and courteous, the clinic was very clean and well kept. Was shown to a room right away. The blood pressure cuff kept falling off so the nurse said someone else will take my blood pressure, but no one did, so they didn't have correct stats to start the consult. NP came in, spent all but 2 minutes, and told me I should go to the ER for my discomfort because she suspect it's xxxx. I asked if that's the only thing it could be, she said yes and I should go to ER now to get ultra sound done and not wait to see my GP because it could get really bad, then wrapped up the visit. Something fell off so I looked around and luckily, was able to find a doctor's office that had availability. The on-call doctor said there's no way I have whatever the NP said, because if that's the case I would not be able to stand. It turned out to be something very minor and $13 worth of medication and I was fine. I followed up with my GP just to be sure, and my GP said the exact same thing: no way I could even stand on my own if I had what the NP said I had; and my GP was very surprised the NP did not know this. The bottom line is the NP had no idea what was wrong with me, but she can't admit that, but she can't just send me home telling me things are fine b/c if things aren't, then she may be liable; so she pawns me off to the ER because for sure the actual knowledgeable doctors there will be able to diagnose me properly. I spent $125 for someone to tell me to go to the ER. Imagine had I trusted her opinion, would've wasted thousands of dollars. I am unsure about the doctor of this clinic but for the NP, I would say if your illness is obvious and you need treatment: you had a cut, bleeding, etc etc. they should be able to take care of things. But if you're looking to actually have your issues diagnosed, I honestly would just take your money to the ER because you'd then at least know what's wrong.

Excellent facility—saw my husband for a walk-in PCR test right before closing on a Friday, and were friendly and knowledgeable.

I was able to get an x-ray at the Johns Creek location in May 2021.
