My 80 yr old mother got lost driving in Gallatin in August. Unfortunately Officer Cummins was the one that responded. he called me to come to get her. i explained that i lived 2 hours away too which he started huffing and puffing that he had already been dealing with this for 2 hours and that he was going to call his supervisor and they would have to send someone from night shift in to finish dealing with this because he is supose to get off in an hour. Today I got a copy of the incident report and seen where he falsified that he spoke to me about my mom's ability to drive and I agreed and said I would take her keys away. I can promise you that conversation never occured. I will be contacting the GallatinPolice Dept.to file a complaint. Hopefully they take this seriously.

When my brother died they took his phone and wallet and haven’t returned anything back. And now claimed they didn’t take it. WHEN THEY TOLD US IN THE BEGINNING THEY HAD TO TAKE IT FOR EVIDENCE! Plus they are very rude!

Not impressed by patrol by any means as they seem to just be there to get their check and go home, but the uppers in the building are amazing. Their fair try to make an effort to do their best and are really friendly.
