This place is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. Especially on a fall morning. Wildlife is everywhere and it's a great place to take nature photos. My dog and I would love to visit again.

Playground is on the small side, so if it's crowded it could be crazy.

Nice place for a short walk or if you want to put some miles in you certainly can do that... The walking/bike trail/paved Hugs the south river and this river has lots of beautiful quartz crystals thanks to panola mountain which dips right into the south river.. the river has washed tons of crystals from the panola mountain granite and you'll only find them down stream of the mountain..

The trails are well marked. It's a hike without views but has a good tree canopy shade.
