There is only ONE issue I have with this Taco Bell. It is not the food, it is not about the employees, it is not about a dirty store. It is the manager or franchise owners problem. They say they are open every day at 8AM, yet, (not by fault of the employees) they are not. They are short staffed and therefore DO NOT really open at 8AM, they open between 830AM-930AM. I have had the issue MULTIPLE times, with others. We sit in the drive thru like, "what the heck" wondering why nobody is taking our orders when there are employees inside and Google/the store, states they are open at 8AM. So, simply put, change your hours of operation, you are having staffing issues, that is understandable. Make it obvious. Do not put "open at 8AM" if you are not. Or, place a sign outside.. Not an employee or food issue. The issue is stating you are open when you are not. The employees get screwed because you don't update your time to match your issues. Just say, "we are open at 9AM" so people are not showing up to sit there with no response, no notice.

I would have came back and got more today but the district manager Rodney told me I was not aloud to come back because I asked for a refund for having to wait 50 minutes in line and in front of the store as the staff forgot my food and also made everything horribly. So I get back to my group with cold bad food and after an hour and then I get banned from this Taco Bell forever… no wonder this store is so horrible if the district manager is that disgustingly unprofessional. Please leave my town and never come back.

This taco bell was good.its hard to find a good taco bell ,as the others are not professional nor do they care.and and put brown lettuce on the food I'm sorry I'm speaking of the TACO BELL ON 196TH STREET ARE THEY HIGH AND VERY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS

Taco bell. What do you expect. Mildly warm cheep food that's ready quick. Zero complaints.
