There has been a long wait everytime I've been to this Jack in the Box. Whether there is a line or not. And food always turns out to be burnt and/or cold.

I ordered through the app, when I came to pick up they said order was never placed. Then I showed my order number and email. Now it was the system is down, I asked for a refund since I was already charged. They said they could not refund me because it’s a corporate thing. I just want a refund, it doesn’t seem right to get charged for something without receiving anything.

Delivery times vary based on your location, restaurant hours and availability of third-party delivery services. If delivery is not available at a given time, then you will receive a message stating “Delivery is not available”.
