Love my kids Dr in all but being scheduled at 3:50 for an appointment, arriving at 3:40 and still in the waiting room at 4:40 is unacceptable. I have other children as well that needs to be picked up from daycare another child that has practice. Having to go through the inconvenience of having to find and pay for transportation at the last minute is not ok . If we arrive 15 minutes late we have to reschedule, but it's ok to have us waiting an hour in the waiting room and also trying to justify is not ok .

I’m never in disappointment when I come here I was referred by my son grandmother which she use to bring her all her kids which they are 20+ now my oldest is 10 6 2 all been coming since birth I love it here 🥰

Over the years, my now teen and I have enjoyed having Dr. Sulton as a pediatrician. So it's unfortunate that when I called the office yesterday to make an appointment, Brenda put me on hold without asking and left me on hold over 10 minutes. When I called back and expressed my opinion about it, her reply was "We're busy!" What great customer service.
