Great fishing boat always catch alot of fish

Lots of fish, specifically porgys you can catch all day. Downside, unlike last year, the now charge $30 a bucket for cleaning and filleting the fish with no real standard. I brought up 2 buckets that weren't filled and they immediately told me it was $60. After consolidating the fish, it was a little more than 1 bucket so it was now $40. If I knew ahead of time, I would have given away more fish and arranged to fillet the fish myself. As it is I had to remove the lateral bones when I came home the next day. They are not consistent with the cutting up the fish. Nicole is clearly a newbie that did a poor job on a number of my fish. Tommy is skilled but doesn't remove the lateral bones while Paul, who cleaned my cousins fish, did a great job. Tommy can be a little sensitive and defensive. When I saw Nicole struggling with the knife as she cleaned my fish, I said to Tommy that the knife doesn't seem sharp that she is using. He immediately gave her his knife and took her to show me it was sharp. After one fish, he used the knife sharpener. I will fillet my own fish next time and hope Tommy learns not to be so defensive. I always take care of the first mates with a handsome tip, but I have to say I will not fish on this boat again for the aforementioned reasons.. The price for the day's worth of fishing is fair considering the price of gas, but there are other things that contribute to future fishing on this boat unlikely.
