I wished it was listed on their website what to expect or given warnings. I traveled with a person who needed some ADA compliance. There weren't any. It's difficult for him to walk up step inclines or uneven services. Know that you will be walking down hills with roots and gravel and back up hills with roots and some gravel/rocks. It wasn't the easiest for him to get around and required assistance walking to each location. You will have to crawl as well which is different with someone with back or knee issues. It wasn't scary.

Yes it is. Just diff attractions all thru it takes bout 20-30 mins to walk thru
