Becaus I never have a cell. When it comes time to apply for food stamps. Cause I had no job, no food and that why I apply.... there For i also would not have a phone either. Or I spent $40-$100 on food to get thru instead of a phone. I apologize. The reason you get no answer cause it is not my phone. I just try to be available at what ever number I give for appt..... wild ain’t got nothing to do with not being able to afford a cell phone. Thank u for your consistent effort in trying to get in touch. It is very much appreciated
