We had new LVP put in by this business in September of 2021. The shopping experience was pleasant, but the install experience was not. The flooring was dropped off in the garage by the distributor. We later learned the installers needed the material to be located within air conditioned space to avoid material expansion and contraction during its installation. The distributor wanted an extra fee to move it into the room where it was needed. This was a big communication mistake by LL Flooring. My wife and I ended up moving many heavy boxes of material ourselves. The installers, not affiliated with LL Flooring, did not try to avoid opening all boxes of material, thus costing us the opportunity to return unneeded materials for a credit that LL Flooring advertised as a side benefit to doing business with them. Finally, LL Flooring failed to communicate our requested and adequate install deadline to the installers. A week went by before the installers called us to schedule the install after delivery of the materials despite numerous reminders to LL Flooring of our required install deadline. Needless to say, it was a fiasco working around the installers on a very tight schedule. No survey was requested from us to obtain feedback. To this day, they are not aware of the hassle we encountered. I don't recommend this business if you're looking for professionalism. We are happy with the floor and the install quality. Just got a phone call from Eric, the store manager. He apologized for the hassle we experienced and issued a generous credit to my card. Eric was keenly interested to learn and understand the flaws in our particular installation experience. Thanks Eric!
