I've been dealing with back and hip pain for well over a year now. I have had x-rays and three steroid injections which helped very little. I am a nurse and I know pain is a symptom NOT a disease to be treated with PAIN MEDS. As a nurse, of course, I want to know what is causing me this much pain. I discovered Express MRI and made an appointment for a Saturday. I arrived early and completed paperwork and was taken back early. Madelyn and Jonathan were very welcoming and made me feel totally at ease. Jonathan made sure I was comfortable and warm for the MRI and explained the procedure to me so I would know what to expect. He checked on me during the MRI to be sure I was okay and told me about how much longer it would take. Jonathan is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and I walked out with my "pictures" on DVD. My written report from the radiologist would follow in a couple of days. I would highly recommend Express MRI if you don't want to jump through the hoops and expense of MD referrals and insurance authorizations. Now I have the information I need to make decisions about my health going forward. Thank you Madelyn and Jonathan for such a great experience!
