I haven't even gotten a bed for my loved one yet, but the receptionist named Latisha is an extremely rude young lady! The customer service is horrible, I can't speak for their care but hopefully it's better.

Not exactly the worst rehab facility but definitely not the best. My grandmother was here for twenty days for therapy after a stroke. The nursing staff is mediocre at best, only one goes above and beyond for her patients and that’s Amy. Her twenty days was okay, not the best because of complaints about the night nursing staff. Her discharge was horrible! Discharged Monday and I just received her wheelchair, & bedside toilet yesterday which isn’t big enough. I had one on hand but what if I didn’t? The home health service they sent out isn’t the best at all. They didn’t come out until Thursday to start paperwork, won’t be back until next week. No CNA to even come out to do a sponge bath or get her dressed. Was coming home with a wheelchair and walker to help with balance and therapy. According to the social worker she can’t have both which is dumb because therapy said she needed them. She definitely won’t be going back.

My grandfather was sent here for some rehab to try an help him get back to walking. When my mom got there the next day he had been sitting ins one spot for 24 hrs, with nothing to drink. He has a catheter in and it was just barely anything in the bag. Very pour care workers. Great management and very sweet but workers didn’t do job correctly.

My Mom is there and I like them they treat them well they have good meals compared to most the staff are great !!!
Insult.. My Mom was there when you consider what those ladies do to take care of your loved one let's be real cleaning up feces and urine bathing them dressing them changing their sheets and blankets just to name a few not to mention food etc 10.00 for a whole yr of service is not enough put yourself into their shoes. This is not a nasty response just logical and doing the right thing okay?
Yes, someone is there! Please don't get discouraged. They are very busy. My mother has been transferred there and I am very pleased with the customer service, the nurses, and CNA's. Trust me, keep calling. Someone will answer. A lot of times the staff is out passing out meds and tending to the residents.
