Was surprised we didn’t get any ribs back from our steer. When I called and asked about it, I was told they only give people the ribs when they request them…but the form has no place for that. I have a hard time believing they are just throwing all those ribs away.

Tammy was friendly, patient and helpful when deciding what cuts to get out of our butchered steer. Vac sealed meat, not wrapped in brown paper! Friendly ppl helped load my coolers with the frozen cuts. Will do business here again!

We are now called Light Hill Meats. Yes, we take deer on Saturday and after regular operation hours. There is a drop off area around back of the building with instructions and contact numbers if needed.

For Custom - $45 kill fee and .70 on the hang weight For USDA/ resale - $55 kill fee and .85 on the hang weight. Seasoning is extra by the lb for sausage

Thank you for checking with us. Yes, we do. It will vary based on hanging weight and whether you want it processed as custom or under USDA inspection. Processing charges are $45 Kill and .70/ hcw for custom and $55 kill and .85/ hcw for USDA. I hope to work with you soon.
