Terrible, inefficient government beurcacy. If they were a private industry, they would be out of business. One of Many complaints is the service agreement. You have to fill out out for every unit you have electric on, even though I have 5 accounts on the same profile. Then, when they shut you off for not having signed the agreement, it's as if you were shut off for non payment and then you have to pay a $200 security deposit for every account. They should be sued in a class action lawsuit.
