Recent visits here were for COVID vaccinations. They did a nice temporary set-up for this purpose, it's sized well and was clean.

This vaccination location is impossible to find. The NYS health department sends out the wrong address in the appointment confirmation email and the wrong driving directions, which causes confusion and delay. People operating the phone hotline have no idea where this is. Update your records to say SUNY Old Westbury Campus! Major fail.
