Unfortunately there is no 0 Stars. What can I say.... Rude, Nasty, Demeaning and disrespectful. And this is me being modest. I have never in my entire life experienced customer service as absurd as this. Came in for a ketubbah and smash glass for my Son's coming wedding and honestly was shocked and ended up leaving and gladly gave my business to a store in the 5Towns instead. ALSO The prices in this store are double and some triple from the prices online for the same product. My first review ever but I couldn't keep silence for the most disgraceful treatment by the owner's wife.

Yussel's Place was AMAZING. I was waiting last minute to do pandemic bar mitzvah planning in Phoenix since circumstances were changing daily. They absolutely made sure I got my personalized order in time. When some of the items I wanted were out of stock, their customer care was outstanding in helping me find replacements which would make me happy. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Excellent customer service. I needed a special bulb for my Menorah...they not only had it, but sent me extras. Thank you....I definitely recommend shopping here for Jewish gifts and needs...
