BEWARE!!! Went in for my appointment and after an extremely confusing discussion on hair color (for something simple other Avedas have done for years) another “stylist” (with bottle dye job , dressed off streets and spoke only Spanish) was brought in, a more ridiculously confusing debate on the color "blonde", she rolled her eyes, huffed, walked away, left me sitting there for 10 minutes before telling me she did not want to show me hair color swatches, finally reluctantly did after several requests, and then she left me sitting another 15 minutes before saying they could not help me. I FIRMLY believe they were trying to wait me out to leave as they INSIST ON CREDIT CARDS FIRST before making appointments with NO REFUNDS! I refused to leave until they agreed NOT to charge me! My color is very simple. I’ve NEVER had a problem in my whole entire life getting a color. I've been going to Aveda for decades and have never had a problem nor have I ever seen such rudeness, incompetence and unprofessionalism. Not to mention a complete waste of my time.
